These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Słodki Styl website and to orders placed through it. Last reviewed: October 2026.

2. Definitions
“Store”, “we”, “us” — the operator of Słodki Styl. “Customer”, “you” — the person placing an order. “Order” — a request to buy products submitted through checkout.
3. Product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Packaging, ingredients and allergen information may change by the manufacturer — always check the product packaging before consuming.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia (₴). The price applied to your order is the price at the moment the order is placed, recalculated by our system at checkout.
5. Ordering
Orders are placed as a guest by completing the checkout form. Product availability is checked when you place the order.
6. Order confirmation
When an order is successfully placed you see an order number on screen.
7. Payment
Payment is made by card or cash on delivery. No payment is processed on this website. See Payment Methods.
8. Delivery

9. Returns
Returns and refunds are described on the Returns & Refunds page.
10. Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate contact and delivery details, and use the website lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.

We prepare and deliver orders as described on this website and handle questions, returns and refunds in line with applicable law.

Product names, brands and packaging shown belong to their respective owners. Website content belongs to Słodki Styl sp. z o.o. unless stated otherwise.
13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
14. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
